My name is McKinzie Balfour and I am a recent Honors graduate from Texas Tech University. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design and Manufacturing, graduating Magna Cum Laude. I started my role as Assistant Fashion Designer at Allison New York in May of 2024, where I contribute to the development of each collection. My role includes conducting design research, creating garment designs, concepts, and CADs, preparing tech packs, and supporting design execution. My focus and devotion lie within the realm of women's wear, particularly in the form of elegant evening gowns. Fashion design has been an unwavering passion throughout my life, and I eagerly anticipate furthering my career in this dynamic field.
